Nalin is a successful entrepreneur with varied experience across many industries. He began his career as a design engineer in the telecommunications industry and later assumed the SME role for GSM and CDMA technologies.
He successfully led one of the largest IBM Rational tool implementations. In 2006, Nalin co-founded GCE Solutions, a clinical research organisation that partners with pharmaceutical companies to steer drugs through the R&D process. He later created Adidev Ventures which is a new investment firm focusing on unique ideas.
Nalin has always had a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, and he was determined to turn his ideas into a reality. He is a strategic thinker who is able to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to take advantage of them. He has built strong relationships with his clients by understanding their needs and providing them with the support they need to succeed.

He has held pivotal roles in leading statistical programming activities at top pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis, Hoffmann-La Roche, Novo Nordisk, and UCB. Amit has successfully led numerous Clinical Trials projects, managing both CDISC and non-CDISC submissions across therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neuroscience, Gene Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Diabetes.
Amit is renowned for his visionary approach to the future of statistical programming. He adeptly applies his extensive experience to harness emerging technologies and anticipate industry trends.
