Nalin is a successful entrepreneur with varied experience across many industries. He started his career as a design engineer in the telecom industry and then later took the SME role for GSM and CDMA technologies. He successfully led one of the largest IBM Rational tool implementations. In 2006 Nalin co-founded GCE Solutions, a clinical research organization that partners with pharmaceutical companies to steer drugs through the R&D process. He later created Adidev Ventures which is a new investment firm focusing on unique ideas.
Nalin has always had a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, and he was determined to turn his ideas into a reality. He is a strategic thinker who is able to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to take advantage of them. He has built strong relationships with his clients by understanding their needs and providing them with the support they need to succeed.

Satish Shetty holds a Masters degree in Statistics from Mumbai university. In the past 23 years he has gained extensive industry experience in various roles ranging from Statistical programming, Statistician, Project management, Business Strategy as well as Operations. Satish has been instrumental in building high performing teams from scratch across multiple pharma companies. He also has a proven track record of working collaboratively with global vendor partners to reduce costs, improve efficiency and mitigate risks associated with external partnerships. As a leader his positive, agile and unique approach has immensely helped in building a resilient, innovative and highly motivated team that can adapt to any challenge or opportunity.
Director – Statistical Programming
Amit Satra is a distinguished Statistical Programmer with a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Mumbai and over 20 years of experience in the clinical industry. He has held pivotal roles in leading statistical programming activities at top pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis, Hoffmann-La Roche, Novo Nordisk, and UCB. Amit has successfully led numerous Clinical Trials projects, managing both CDISC and non-CDISC submissions across therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neuroscience, Gene Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Diabetes.
Amit is renowned for his visionary approach to the future of statistical programming. He adeptly applies his extensive experience to harness emerging technologies and anticipate industry trends. His expertise lies in preparing teams and delivering projects that address future challenges in pharmaceutical analytics, where data volumes are increasing, and budgets are constrained. Amit drives efficiency and automation through AI-based algorithms while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy in deliverables.
